Welcome to my page! My name is Madelyn Klus. I started teaching at South Bend in the fall of 2019. I am currently a Fourth Grade teacher and loving every part of it. 

South Bend School District is more than a job for me in many ways. With being a South Bend High School graduate in 2014 and a student who attended from K-12 I can attest to Mr. Mike Morris's words of it being, "A Great Place for Kids." I am proud to come back and be co-workers with some of the teachers and admin that built me. 

Before teaching at our district, I attended Eastern Washington Univeristy to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Special Education. Go Eags! 

Some of my favorite things to do outside of teaching is taking walks/hikes, being outdoors, and being with my family and friends.
